Mr. Idd Mikonga

Mr. Idd Mikonga oversees TAGET's projects from planning through execution and evaluation, coordinating the field operations that deliver the organisation's restoration and community programmes.

He works directly with local communities and partner stakeholders, organising the planting drives, cleanups, and monitoring visits that make up TAGET's presence on the ground.

His responsibilities include resource allocation and scheduling across concurrent projects, and reporting on progress so that programme decisions are grounded in what is actually happening in the field.
